AskMe
Speeches and lectures are a conference standard, and a good speaker connects with his audience. At most conventions and conferences, speakers empowers attendee interaction by allowing them to ask a question when ever they feel like it, or by asking the organizers and event managers to schedule a question and answer session with the audience at the end of the talk.
Sometimes members of the audience may wish to ask the speaker a question during the course of the talk. This may pose challenges: is the question too advanced for the rest of the audience? Is the speaker willing to take questions during the speech, rather than waiting until the end? Will questions from the audience disrupt the flow of the speech (where this kind of disturbance doesn’t hold the event in good stead professionally...) ?
To combat these problems, we've created AskMe, a solution that revolutionizes and strengthens the bond between the speaker and the listeners in a seamless, professional manner.
Attendees using their laptops or mobile devices can send their question into the queue where the speaker can review the question as it comes in and then decide if it's the right time to answer directly or to incorporate the answer into the lecture.
During their presentation speakers are given the option of responding to a question, marking it irrelevant and deleting it, or saving it for later through an easy-to-use touch screen placed on stage. They can also choose to answer the questions on the event website at a later date after answering them verbally, so event participants can refer back to them.
Event managers can have a moderator between the audience and the speakers who allows only filtered questions to be viewed by the speaker on stage.
AskMe uses cutting-edge technology to enhance the cost-effectiveness of events and conferences. At the same time, they strengthen the speaker-audience interaction in a smart and sophisticated way.
